Information you give us. When you subscribe to our newsletter, The Mindfull, we collect your email address. When you email us, we receive your message and contact details. When you place an order, we (and the marketplace you order through) collect the details needed to fulfill it — your name, shipping address, and order contents.
Payment information. We do not collect or store your card details. Purchases are processed by Etsy (and any payment processor it uses), whose own terms and privacy policy apply to your transaction.
Information collected automatically. Our site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that measures overall traffic — like page views and referring sites — without cookies and without building a profile of you or tracking you across other websites.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Mind Dabs, and only as needed:

We keep tracking to a minimum. Our analytics are cookieless, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on minddabs.com. Third-party services you interact with (such as Etsy at checkout) may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information — for example under the GDPR (if you are in the EU or UK) or the CCPA (if you are a California resident). Our apparel, mugs, prints, and most physical items are printed on demand — each one is created specifically for your order. For that reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for ordering the wrong size or color. Please check the size guide and product details before ordering, and if you’re unsure, reach out — we’re glad to help.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Just email contact@minddabs.com within 14 days of delivery with:
Once we confirm the problem, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — no need to ship the item back unless we ask.
Digital downloads (such as wallpapers, printables, and the mini-zine) are non-refundable, since they’re delivered instantly and can’t be returned. If you have trouble downloading a file, email us and we’ll help.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Because orders go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within a short window after it’s placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best, but once an item is in production we may not be able to stop it.
Orders placed through our Etsy shop are also covered by Etsy’s Purchase Protection program and Etsy’s policies, in addition to this one.

Our products are made to order. Most items are produced within 2–5 business days before they ship. Custom or specialty pieces may take a little longer; any exceptions will be noted on the product page.
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States and longer for international destinations, depending on the carrier and location. Total time to arrival is production time plus shipping time.
We ship within the United States and to many international destinations. Available options and costs are shown at checkout.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any promotions (such as free shipping) will be applied there.
When tracking is available, you’ll receive it by email once your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Customs processing can also add to delivery time.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We’re not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or customs holds — but if something seems wrong, contact us and we’ll help however we can.
